- Project management fundamentals. On an as needed, customized basis, we will
deliver an in house course for your project managers on the basics of project
management, including cost management, risk assessment, scheduling, allocating
resources, and other key topics.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®)
Certification. To help your project managers prepare for PMP certification
by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), a certified instructor
will review material required by the PMI for certification, including PMI’s
code of professional conduct. The instructor will also address specific tips for
taking the exam.
