Past Projects

 

  • Managed upgrade of workstations from Windows NT to Windows XP for JP Morgan/Chase. Scope of project included vendor and team management, liaison with business, and reporting risk and progress to senior management.
  • Co-facilitated new drug rollout planning sessions for a major healthcare firm in USA and Western Europe. Sessions included scope and risk planning, stakeholder analysis, and schedule development.
  • Provided Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification training for a healthcare company. Developed and delivered a ten-week course to prepare students for the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) PMP certification exam.
  • Invited speaker at Project World Chicago in fall of 2003. Spoke on controlling scope by better understanding of the Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Developed and delivered a ten-week course on project management for MBA candidates at Northeastern University.
  • Program Manager at Genuity for $20M project to create a Virtual Private Network, providing employees in multiple countries with the ability to communicate securely via the Internet.
  • Co-managed the development and launch of Hub Creative Technologies, a multi-media and web design firm. Established direction, advised on strategic business and marketing plans, and made cold sales calls for this entrepreneurial venture.
  • Managed international infrastructure team in rollout of Lotus Notes document software for IBM. Product deployed to a majority of IBM’s 40,000 worldwide business partners.
  • Managed rollout of Lotus Notes for Fidelity fund managers, enabling them to perform real-time research from anywhere in the world.
  • Managed upgrade of Netware servers from Version 3 to Version 4 for Fidelity Investments.
