Jim Stewart founded JP Stewart Associates in early 2003 to provide high quality project management, consulting, and training services to corporations and universities.

With more than a decade of prior experience in project and program management, Stewart racked up an exceptional string of successes managing projects in the technology, healthcare, and financial sectors.

JP Stewart Associates adopted the mission of ensuring that client organizations achieve success not only in finishing projects on time and on budget, but also in understanding the strategic position of each project in the company portfolio.

Our goal is to enable organizations to improve profitability and raise their competitive advantage through strategic project planning and training. We will manage your projects, even multilayered and complex technical projects in a multinational environment. In taking on a project, we consider many factors outside the commonly accepted project management process including technical, political, organizational, and cultural issues. We adhere rigorously to the protocol detailing best practices in all areas of project management established by the Project Management Institute.
